Hi there
I have had terrible problems with headphones. I can't use the ones that came with my Galaxy S5 - they are too big for my ears and hurt. So I ordered a pair of Galaxy S6 headphones and they work OK, but now the buttons don't work properly. The louder button doesn't work at all, the call answer/stop music button does work, but not all the time and the softer button seems to work. Is there a way to 'map' the buttons to functions? I walk and listen to music or audio books a lot and need to make the sound louder and softer depending on the noise levels around me. And I want to be able to answer calls or stop or start my music or book.
I honestly don't know what else to do but use these headphones. I have tried others and actually prefer the iPhone ones for comfort, but at least the ones I have now don't hurt.
Hope someone can help!
