Help wont move my pictures and music!

Everytime I go to move my pictures from camera album (which is saved to my phone) to my SD card in the albums (which has 3gb space left) it always says, 'unable to move, file already exsists' but 110% theres only one picture of the sort and its only all of sudden its doing this.. WHY???
