I don't think it will get KLP as it didn't even get 4.2.

There will be no official updates for the Xoom. CM10 is the best option to move forward. It also has multi profile support too.

When the supposed Key Lime Pie version of Android releases, the XOOM probably won't be on the upgrade list.
Its guaranteed, a developer will probably create a unofficial ROM of Key Lime Pie however.

They weren't considered google experience devices so the update was left to Verizon to say yes or no. They said no last I read but I can't give you a pointer to a page that confirms that right now.
