Hey Samsung Your Note 8 is too Heavy

Ikr Lol. Not sure what color you have but, I have the midnight black and I can have any color case with this phone and love that. Favorite color is blue but, an all black case on this phone looks awesome

I have the Orchid Grey. Very disappointed in Samsung for not releasing all the colors as I would have been all over that blue! I can never understand why Samsung doesn't release all colors universally. It's really not fair.

The Note 8 is 6.88oz (195g), the iPhone 7 Plus is 6.63oz (188g). The Note 8 is not a lot heavier, but you can feel the difference, especially after initially switching.

I said that. IPhone 8 is heavier though.

I'd have gotten the blue one, too, but alas, I have black, and my wife got the Orchid Gray. She likes the cases we got because they're clear on the back and she likes to be able to see the color of her phone through the back.

These Pelican cases are huge and make the phones a lot thicker and larger, but I think they'll protect the phones well, and that's important. But something I don't like about them is that they're not "rubbery" on their outsides. That's good for easily sliding the phone in and out of a pocket, but I do miss a rubbery outside when holding the phone, and sometimes you want a grippy surface when you're propping the phone up somewhere and don't want it to slip off.

Modern first world problems, right?

I love this phone but that being said I don't know if it's heavier or just wider then the note 7, the Note 7 was the perfect size and weight I wish I never had to turn that phone in twice. After using the note 8 for a while at a time I actually get a brusie on my palm. I am keeping the phone because I do love it I'll just have to get used to the size and weight after a month I thought I would but it still is a little too wide for me. I am small weigh under 100.

I have the blue one (I'm in Canada) and I love the look and feel of the Note 8. Feels much more better in my hands than the Note 2. No complaints about size and weight from me.

It's more subjective than anything else. I know there are some that will be put off by its sheer size and/or weight. But that's why we have choices.
