Hi dear androidcentral community!
My name is Daniel, and I am from Hamburg/Germany. I entered the android world pretty early. My first device was the little HTC Hero (which is still in "use", not for the daily "smartphone usage" though. But it still works like on day one). I studied computer science on the University of Hamburg, and the little Hero had to deal with a lot of crappy apps as I run all my experiment and exersice code snippets on it ^^. My current phone is a S3, which is my actual phone I use.
I dived deeper into the world of android several months ago, as my wife and me started to develop some real apps - especially games. So we go indie for a while, fully aware that it propably will not really lead to profit - but we try nevertheless. It is an exiting experience no matter how it ends
. We already have one finished game we launched three days ago, and I hope there will be more to come.
I am glad there are active communities like androidcentral, it is great to see how people care about android.
Best regards,
Daniel
