A similar type of question also asked here before, I followed all the steps bt still the problem remains.
These are the issues I am facing in my Samsung galaxy J&:
First There is only One APN when I checked the access point names in my mobile. Not sure how to change it. I am from India and I am using Vodafone 4g. Can anyone please suggest how to add a VPN for Vodaphone 4G?

2nd, when I restart the phone, for sometimes my phone works fine..but after that, this issue starts once again. Not sure wheater this is the issue of my handset or network

Can anyone please suggest about this?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you get the phone from Vodafone directly, or was it unlocked from somewhere else? What's the exact model number of the phone?
