Hi, my LG G2 won't download MMS?

I have an AT&T phone but I am using StraightTalk's unlimited service. I have an LG G2 and recently I had to reset it to factory settings due to a virus. Now that I have done that, I can receive pictures, but they won't download. There is a blue spinning circle next to the message, but the picture has to download before opening, and it won't.
