Well just got back from Sprint. They're such idiots... I think I'm gonna walk in there next week and demand to be promoted to the United States National Technical Service Manager. Yup I said it. I'm gonna walk in there, demand them to create a new position and hire me as it. Because if they hire the people I had to deal with today as techs, then sweet jesus I should run the ****...

So I gave them the phone and explained to the dude in the front the problems. He gives me a work order and I fill out what's wrong..
1) Vibrate function failed
2) Screen separation
3) Dust under screen
4) 3 white blobs on the screen
5) Back door doesn't sit flush

I give them the phone, leave and come back 2 hours later. Dude from tech calls my name and slides me the phone and says it's fixed. I couldn't believe it! "They actually fixed it" I thought... Then he says it... We did a factory reset..

So I chuckled and said o really? Factory reset fixed the screen separation, dust under the screen, vibrate motor, the white blobs on the screen and the back door? He takes the phone back and about 5 minutes later tells me I'm gonna get a new one on Tuesday. Which isn't bad since I've heard people having to wait like 2 weeks or even more to get replacements. But I made sure to tell him it BETTER be a new one. I paid full price for this **** and I'll be damned if I paid $500 to get someone elses mess...(yes I'm crazy I kno... I had a Hero tho, so you much forgive me. I couldn't take it anymore).

Anyway.. Tuesday!! WOOP! Curious to see if actually do get a new one, if there's any little differences in it than to my old one...

Sooooooooooooooooo... Since the screen works and I have like 4 days with it........

Yup. goes into disk drive with no problem. But when it's on charge only and I try to flash an image to the phone it says error: device not found
