Hi My Samsung has a black screen with a fixed Blue light in the LH top corner. It will not turn on.

Welcome to Android Central! That's usually a bad sign, signifying some major problem with the firmware or hardware. Does anything happen if you try to boot into Recovery Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28028. If not, then is the phone still under warranty?
