Hi my TV box mxq the screen is in black

the lights went out and when I return the screen went black can not see anything and have disconnected from the wall and I reconnected and stays the same

Hi, contact the place where you bought it from as it sounds like something has went wrong with the box.

Hi, did you Mean a short circuit or Power failure. If this happend then there is a good Chance that the box is fried, as far as i know it is not protected by a fuse. Have you tried the Power adapter, is it still working? No light on the box when connecting?
