Hisense sero 7 pro - Watching Amazon prime instant video through Amazon app

I have a sero 7 pro and recently joined amazon prime for the movies, tv, and music. It says you can stream from any device, but when I try to access video that I have purchased ( season 5 of breaking bad) it says the device is not supported. I am accessing through the amazon store app, do I need to access prime through my web browser so i can view the video? Thanks!

I figured out that it works fine you just have to get to prime through the browser and not the amazon store app.
