So, I dropped my phone in the toilet..it fell out my pocket..

I immediately did all the safety things such as drying it, the rice overnight etc.

My battery seems to not charge so I ordered another one. It either has a message saying 'Battery temperature too low' or 'Battery temperature too high'.

My option button and back button did not work, but now they're working! But when that fixed, the HOME BUTTON CLICKS ITSELF. I would much prefer if the home button worked and the option and back button didn't as it's still functional

I literally can't click anything because it keeps going to the main page. What can I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Water damage can be unpredictable and widespread, so it's difficult to say if replacing one component will correct all issues. If you go down that road, you might end up spending more time and money than the phone is really worth. It may be time to look for a replacement. Sorry!
