Home screen wallpaper re-sizes, and slightly shrinks...

Hello,

I am using a stock wallpaper on the home screen and when i click the home button, or unlock the phone, the home screen re-sizes (i see the visual effect) and ends half way down of the nav buttons bar, which I have set to be transparent. Is there a solution to this?

Anyone else have this?

I am experiencing the same issue. Anyone have a fix?

The only way I have been able to fix this issue is by making the nav bar not transparent.
