Home screens and icons on the bottom of the screen...

On other Android devices, (Skyrocket, Infuse, etc), I was able to delete all but one or two home screens. In addition, I could change the main icons at the bottom on the main screen...

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to do this on my HTC One X.

Anyone have any ideas?

Tap and hold is the key. Tap and hold the icons to move them. Press home to pull up all of your home screens then tap.and.hold to remove them just like you do widgets.

Ah, thanks. I tried that and it worked.

I might try ADW Launcher, too...
