I'm currently using a single screen with a 2-page dock.
I tried to keep it simple-looking while still providing a lot of functionality. It's too busy to be truly minimalist but it's working for me. Click the "Homescreen Detail" link to see what all the doo-dads do.

how does that "homescreen detail" thing work mate? yeah i use scrolling dock. pity small widgdgets cant be used on it eh.. really nice setup though man

You can go to mycolorscreen.com, register for a free account and start sharing your phone screens with as much detail as you like. It's a pretty neat place to look at different setups.
And yeah, I really like the hidden status bar. I set up Apex gestures to get to it quickly - double tap toggles the bar, swipe down opens all notifications, swipe up shows the recent app list. Apex is pretty slick.
I like em all.
What did you use to set them up, as far as launcher, theme, etc? I think i make out the bobclock but thats about it. Side question for everyone. Is it possible to get touchwiz to accept a theme or icon change? Im using the nova launcher right now but was just curious. Thanks!
