i got Gsam pro today, duno why though. got it coz it says it replaces the stock battery icon in status bar but it doesnt, it just adds an extra one!! uninstalled n back to free version, theres an update today btw, basicly just includes battery temp'

Not yet. What are they called? I looked for them in Google Play but couldn't find them.

I'm experimenting with text icons, but either I don't know how to work them or they are just too small for my tastes. The search continues.

what i use is Metro Station icon pack, choose ANY icon and it gives you a custom colour chart, beneath that theres a bar for transparency, pull it to the far right n you have an invisible icon

p.s, dont think folder icons can be made larger than 1x1 so text will always be too small for folders, i have same problem

Ah, good to know. I figured out that I can make a text widget and that greatly increases the size, but I can only use it to open a single app. Most of my icons on my home screen are actually folders, so that doesn't work for me.
