My pretty plain homescreen, I don't really like to have a lot on my main screen.

Made it using Apex Launcher, Glove Box and Tersus, but sometimes I use different themes, like Minimal UI and used the Xperia wallpaper.
Those are the 7 apps I use more, Glove Box have some tweaks (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Brightness, etc.) and all the other apps separated in categories.
It is based on gestures, swipe up is drawer, swipe down is notification bar, 2 finger swipe down is quick settings and 2 finger swipe up is is flashlight.
It works pretty well, once you get used is as functional as default design and, in my opinion, more beautiful.
