Home time zone problem

Here is an odd one...

I am away in Greece at the moment and my Note 4 had a massive hissy fit. Wouldn't connect to any networks & basically wouldn't do much at all. In the end it crashed and restarted itself.

Now the problem. The phone now has its home time zone as Athens (GMT +3) , but I need it to be British Summer time (GMT +1). Is there a way to manually correct the home time zone so that the roaming time is correct for greece. I have tried all the combinations of manually setting the time, but it won't set right.

In the time and date settings uncheck both the automatic time and the automatic time zone options. Then you can manually select GMT + 1 and the time you want. Shouldn't change by itself anymore.
