Thanks,I'm already ahead of ya,working very hard to get it and a couple other kinks out;)

Btw, I love the memory management in this rom, I wish other roms would adopt the use of your gumbo.sh, perhaps with a simply integrated GUI. I feel most other roms have the free mem set too low, and 3rd party apps such as autokiller never seem to work just right.

mad props to beezy and everyone else at AC

That made my day/night,thank you. I didn't put a high/low this time. My own settings this time. It doesn't kill stuff to fast, but it does in away.lol I will never build a hero Rom without it,seems evo doesn't need it.

Breezy, let me say I am now coming over to your ROM's since the last couple damage ROM's don't seem to be working well. Thanks for all the hard work you do. Iced with friend stream only adds friendstream right? So if I don't need or want the friendstream I don't need to use that version?

Also I can't seem to get fandango back? Anyone know where it went?

Thanks, yeah its only difference is that it has friendstream. If you don't use friendstream i would go with v.1 or v.1 Lite,i still have to iron out some small kinks in the friend version.

Found Fandango..... Never mind the rest, found it. Thanks again, donated to the coffee Pot!

BTW where is the bloatware stored at? Did a search but couldn't find anything. I'm using Astro. Also if I am using apps2sd if I flash another ROM will my apps stay? Is there away to keep texts/voicemails when reflashing too?

In astro hit the menu button, then select tools>application backup it should then list the stock apps. As for apps2sd morethen likely you will have to wipe the ext partition that they would be stored on,so you would have to reinstall them. There is apps in the market for saving text/voicemail im not to sure of the name.(I think one is myback or something like that i don't use them, sorry.)titaniumbackup is another one that should work.

ok, i have *kind of* a related question....

i'm using apps2sd, my card is partitioned and whatnot. What do I do when switching cards?? Normally, i would just pop it into the phone, format, and transfer junk... but... what happens to the apps ON the card?

Im not super sure about all this, but i do know that you don't want to switch memory cards with the phone on.I think you need to backup your apps with astro so and transfer all the files to new sdcard.Format the new sdcard before you put things on it then copy over everything and reinstall your apps.Ill try to findout for sure real quick.

i've never used astro to backup apps before, i always just re-install everything (such a PITA) from either the market, appbrain, or both. how many will it backup? Does it put them on your SD card?

I only backup apps. Get astro from market.Open it,press menu>tools>application manager/backup.Select all the apps you want to keep press backup:) Then it saves the apps to a folder on your sdcard called backups inside it is a folder called apps thats were they get stored.
It will backup as many as you want it to.You can then tranfers the backup folder to the new sdcard and reinstall with astro.Tip when reinstalling only do like 5 at a time, you can chose to install more then that at a time, but its gave me problems before doing that;)

Hey beezy, do you have the xda keyboard that was in the friendstream Rom? I noticed it wasn't in the lite version.

Kinda a dumb question, but should the update files be deleted after we have loaded them? I guess there is not reason to have them on the card. Also how can I make it play some sounds during boot?

You can delete them if you choose to,but if you need to reflash ever then you would need them.As for sound on boot I try not to have one cause if it bootloops it'll drive you insane.I plan in the near future to get some guides together about themeing and that is going to be part of it;)

Can't wait for the theme guides. Working on one for your Rom now. Them .9's are a pain
