I wonder if you can get some place to do the template for you, for those of us who don't have a lot of artistic capability. Sounds like the application part is simple enough.

My wife is a bit crafty so we have some equipment at home...

But you could potentially take a Silhouette Cameo, some vinyl, and that etching cream and do the same with your own patterns and designs.

That sucks. But hey at least they are willing to take care of you. I would get it fixed before warranty is up though for resell purposes.

That's cool. I guess if they have the stencil design that you want then you are golden.

That's pretty cool. A bit pricey for a one time deal but if you use it a lot then it could be worth it.
