The Moto X Pure is the worst phone I've ever had to deal with. The best buy associates made this phone sound amazing. The start up takes FOREVER to show the Motorola symbol made of yarn. No one wants a three minute intro every time they power up their phone. I was given a WEEK, to return the product if I didn't like it. It was fine that first week, as soon as that time was up, all the problems started. When I talked to them about it, they said no return. The screen dims after 30 seconds, I've changed the settings numerous times and it won't stay. It constantly updates and kicks me off of whatever I'm doing on the phone. The battery immediately starts over heating even though no apps are running and I have to turn it off until it cools down, then the 3 minute intro, and then heats up again. When I make a claim about the screen being dropped not even a foot, which btw it hadn't been dropped before, they say it'll cost almost $200 to fix it. I might as well buy a new phone. But it won't be through Best Buy. This phone has Gorilla glass and though I know is still glass, the Best Buy associates promoted it as being able to take drops without breaking. But the first drop and it breaks. My phone is still in warranty but Motorola won't help me. Best Buy didn't even have any kind of phone casing for it, but yet they sell it? They shouldn't sell ANY phone that they can't supply a phone casing for. They suggested Amazon. To me Motorola and Best Buy are companies who don't care about their customers. They care about money.
