I have an samsung galaxy s4 and I'm trying to access my hotspot it won't allow the password and i can't seem to change it.....help

Hi and welcome to Android central.
When you say you can't change the hotspot password, can you see the setting to alter it? You could try creating a new name for the hotspot and then create a new password. All the setting should be under tethering.
What are you connecting the hotspot to? Possible to just tether with the USB cable?
