housing on the Eris

So when I got my Eris a month ago i got a case for it and the VZW guy threw it on right away. I took off the case the other day and noticed somethings on my phone and my fiancee's phone. The volume button seems to be "loose" and the chrome accent on the right side seemed to be pushed in and not flush with the rest of the phone. anyone have problems with their volume button or any other housing problems? (seeing as the phone has reached it's end of life date)

It should be a sleek phone thru and thru. Take it back asap for sure and ask to look at another one

Not with the chrome but the volume. I found that its not attached to the phone its self but to the battery covering so its loose.
