How am I able to choose which apps have edge lighting?

I have the galaxy s8 and I used to be able to go into settings and choose which apps have edge lighting for notifications. But now it only gives me options to turn edge lighting on and off but doesnt have the option to choose which apps it applies to or which colors I can choose.
