How can I automatically store photos taken with myn Galaxy S5 to my SD memory card?

I find that all my photos are stored locally on my Galaxy S5. I asked the ATT people about how I can get those photos stored on my SD card, and they couldn't help. I can't find a basic users manual anywhere, and the on-line forums seem to focus on much more esoteric issues. Is the only solution to periodically use my PC to manually transfer files to the SD card?

Open the camera app and press the gear icon at the top. Scroll down (by pushing up) to storage location and select memory card.

As the comicbookandme states but make sure that in Settings > Easy mode... you have Standard mode selected or you will not have the option to save to SD card in camera settings.
