How can I backup my phone so I can get back everything when the phone is faulty or lost?

If my android phone is lost or faulty, I would want to buy a new phone and recover all the data everything like the old phone (sms history/whatsapp/telegram/call/messages history/app settings/photos...)?

What should I do to properly backup everything?

I do not want to root the phone.

I would be great if it has auto-scheduled backup.

Most of that stuff is synced to Google. Not really the call logs, and SMS, but other things like photos and such would be backed up on a regular basis. Telegram might back up, I am not sure about WhatsApp
