How can I BLOCK YELP from my android?

Yelp has taken over my phone today. I deleted new apps just in case it was attached to one of them, and ran 2 cleaners but it's still on my phone. On all browsers.
I hate it and want to block all things YELP. Even my W & Y pages which never had yelp attached.
Every search is a YELP paid for & advertised business. They sent me 25 miles to send a fax.... 'closest to my home'... rather to a mom & pop pc store on main street less than a mile away. Please help

Welcome back! Which phone? Can you clarify--where are you seeing Yelp appear? Is it only when you're using the browser? What's W&Y?
