Hello

How can I browse all the files on my Galaxy Note 3 from Windows 8.1?

To get clear I simply want to see all my media files (photos, sound files etc) and generally use my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 like an external hard disk.

At present when I connect my Note 3 using a microUSB connection it appears in Windows Explorer but neither files nor folders are visible.

Check your phone when you plug it in -- it may be asking for permission or asking what it should do with the Windows machine that is connected.
