How can I change the menu button function on my Galaxy Grand Neo Plus (GT-I9060i)?

How can i change the menu button function on my galaxy grand neo plus (GT-I9060i)?

While on any application and i press or long-press the menu button it only displays the "running apps" section. I expect it to also display the "option" view.

Unless your phone is rooted, there is no way you can change it
