How can I delete the Quick Memo app from my device

Quick Memo keep requesting access to personal information and even though I have denied every request the request continues nonstop several and I do mean, literally twenty or more times a day.

Settings, Apps, that app, Storage, Clear Cache, Clear Data, Force Stop, Disable. Ignore any warnings.

If it was pre-installed by the device manufacturer you likely can't remove it. What you CAN do is disable it. In settings find your app manager (what exactly it's named varies by device and OS version, which you didn't provide), locate the app in that listing then choose to disable it. You may be prompted to uninstall updates for that app, and you may be prompted that other apps may be adversely impacted.
