How can I disable "That was a great walk" notification on Gear S2?

I have all health notifications off, but the thing still buzzes loudly with "That was a great walk!" right when I stop to talk to a customer or start placing an order for food, etc. I keep thinking it's a call or something that actually matters. How can I turn this off?
