How can i enable clipboards for my Samsung galaxy on 5

When i clear out data from other apps i see the RCPComponents and i dont know if that is my clipboard

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying that your clipboard feature isn't working correctly? When you copy text, it won't paste anywhere?

To get more functionality out of Android's native chipboard function you need a clipboard manager app from playstore. The native function only copies one thing at a time, and is overwritten every time you copy something new. You can't do much more than copy & paste. But, with one of the multitudes of apps to manage clipboard, you can do much more, like saving all your clips, some have folder creation, export/import, and customizing features. As for your other question, I'm not sure what that RCP components is.
