How can I fix a scratch on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S screen?

Samsung Galaxy Tab S Scratch

Hi, I have a scratch on my Galaxy Tab S and I want to know if I can hide/fix it. I have spent atleast one hour of searching a solution but I did not get very far, so I hope someone can help me. If I go over the scratch with my finger I can hardly feel it. I can see the scratch on light(er) backgrounds/colors.

If it is on the screen I have used Meguiares plastx on my old s3 that got it out.its for headlights and clear plastics.

Yes, the scratch is on the screen. But, I am pretty sure the screen is made of glass, and not plastic. (Correct me if I am wrong.) So if I can't find any other solution I might look it up.

Depending on how deep, sometimes a screen protector can hide or soften its appearance.

As for trying to polish it out, I can see that being pretty hard without hazing or matting the adjacent area without real careful work.

I was about to buy a screen protector anyways, and the scratch is pretty deep if I say so myself. If I go over the scratch with my finger, I can hardly feel the scratch. Also, I can see the scratch on light(er) backgrounds/colors. I hope I can fix/hide the scratch as fast as possible. And does Samsung replace screens?
