Nexus 10 Android Launcher has stopped

How can you fix 'android launcher has stopped' on Nexus 10. I tried to follow the fix on Nexus 7 but it didn't work.

Try Settings, Storage, Cached Data, and clear the cache.

Consider also the possibility that a third-party app may be giving trouble.

I just updated my Nexus 10 to Android 5.1. After restarting, "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone" keeps showing even after I clicked OK and or REPORT. I cleared the cache in Cached Data to no avail, the warning keeps showing up right after selecting either REPORT or OK. Any ideas as to how to get rid/fix this problem?
