How can I free up space on my Irulu tablet?

My Irulu tablet

My tablet does not have a USB port on it and my memory is to full to download anything how can I free up space and not lose my stuff?

1. Go your SETTINGS from app drawer;
2. Click on STORAGE];
3. Click on CACHED DATA;
4. DELETEall app cached data;
5. Hit Back Button (<--TOP OF SCREEN)
6. Click on Apps (or applications)
7. Click on Each Application
8. check to see if it can be moved to internal sd card (if it can, move it)
9. If you cant & dont want it, check to see if you can delete it (must be downloaded app)

• GALLERY or UHD PLAYER
• click 3dots in upper right corner
• click SELECT
• check each photo you do not want, then hit delete
