How can i get in my phone

I have the finger scanner on my galaxy s5 and it wont bring me to the screen to scan my finger and i forget my back up password and i cant get into my phone and when i put the wrong password in it doesnt come up and say forgot your password? Now i cant use my phone

The "forgot your password?" part should give you the ability to get back in using your Google password. You can also log in to google.com/devicemanager using an account linked to the device and set it up with a new PIN, provided you've given the needed permissions to Device Manager on the device.
