Broken Screen on S5 mini

Broke my screen on my S5 mini so can't use the screen to get my contacts. All folders are available on my PC.
How can I get my address book from the S5 mini?

Welcome to Android Central! If you saved your contacts to your Google account (as opposed to the local Phone account), then they would've synced automatically to your Google Contacts in the cloud (which is why I always recommend doing this). If they were only saved to the local Phone account, then they don't sync anywhere. The information is saved in an SQLite database file, which is not available to be manipulated by the user (unless the phone is rooted).

Go to Google Contacts and you'll see if they were entered as Google contacts and synced. (The default when you enter a new contact - for reasons known only to some very low IQ plants - is Phone.)
