How can I get my GS2 into recovery mode?

GS2 Boot Problem.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100 (rooted)

I tried to flash a CM 12 ROM and now after a successful flash my device refuses to Boot up.

Im not able to get into recovery.
Battery is not charging.
When I try to connect my device to a PC(via USB) it says USB Not recong. and I faced this problem even before flashing the ROM.

So now I cant get into download mode(says Low Battery).

The battery may need replacing.
