How can I get my Nexus 4 to pair with my Fitbit?

my nexus 4 will not pair with my fitbit

phone says cannot pair with the fitbit.? and its on the list of devices which did in the past

Welcome to Android Central! Have you already tried forgetting the device on the phone, then going through the whole pairing process from scratch?
