How can I get past the screen asking for a Samsung account?

I was just looking in my Phone and i open the "Samsung Video" app and it asked for a Samsung account login. But it gave me options to create an account with my Google ID or other accounts. So if that is not the same as your Google Login info then maybe look up your Google ID.

What's up my brother. I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 from a seller on Glyde.com and the seller did a factory reset and I can't get pass the Samsung Account screen. I am trying to find a solution before I have to return it to the seller. I waited 2 weeks for this phone to arrive. I am without a phone. Your assistance would be truly appreciated. My name is Drew.

Welcome to Android Central! In this situation, you either need to contact the previous owner (if possible) to get that information, or return the phone for a refund. We can't discuss how to bypass security measures here.

Sure we can. Here's how you bypass the security on the phone - type in the user name and password of the person that set it up originally.

Sorry if that's not helpful - this has been in place on most modern smartphones for a long time now to prevent people from trying to use stolen or lost phones.

Re: How can I get past the screen asking for a samsung account?

Hi, thanks for answering!

I am quite sure that it is not asking for my google account. The screen actually says, "An abnormal factory reset has been reported on this device. Sign in to the Samsung account that you have already signed into on this device to confirm this reset." My problem, as stated before, is that I had never signed in to a Samsung account on the phone before, or even created one. Are there any solutions to this problem?

It ask for a samsung account i dont know it

Welcome to Android Central! Are you saying you don't know your own Samsung account? Is this your phone?
