How can i get rid of wallpaper pictorial on Alcatel 1C?

[Android Central Question]

I've tried a lot to get rid of it because I need to swipe up to access my lock screen and it won't go away. I've deleted all of the wallpapers but it won't go away. I've tried to disable it but there isn't any option.
