App drawer or Menu button not working

Hi all, I've got Samsung Galaxy S4 5.0.1 Model SGH-I337. Recently my App Drawer or Menu tab, (ppl call it different but it is not an Apps Icon with 16 squares it is Horizontal lines on the left of Home key) stopped working. When I touch it, it brings Home Screen options to move Home Screens around as if you would press and hold screen for few seconds. Below it shows options for Wallpapers Widgets and Home Screen Settings. I want my old options when I clicked on those two horizontal lines with box on top, it would bring options like Play Store-Edit-Create Folder and more. Thank you all.

I'm having the same problem now that I've updated to Lollipop. Hoping someone has an answer.
