How can I install Android Jelly Bean (4.2) on my Galaxy Nexus?

Every time I try to update my phone i get the android man with triangle. I currently have the Sprint CDMA/LTE phone with 4.1.1 version of galaxy nexus. Build number for the phone is JRO03U.L700FH05.
Could somebody provide me the links for upgrading my phone to 4.2?
