How can I keep the GPS locations setting active on my Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900W8?

The GPS otherwise known as LOCATION always disables itself.
I must activate it many times everyday.

Is there a setting that will KEEP LOCATION activated?

Is your battery low often? I think that may shut down location services
