How to log out of Gmail, Note.

Stays on/active forever. no way to have many users and log off ?

Go to system settings > accounts > Google > remove. Be aware that doing so will log the account off the device and you'll not be able to download or install apps unless you log back into the device. Also, any apps or services you may have purchased with the Google account won't be available until you log back in with the Google account.
