How can I make Google Chrome use Google.co.uk as default search?

The settings only show these options???

Are you in the UK? Does the phone think you're in the UK? I would think that it depends on where the phone thinks you are.
 
I would go one step farther to ask what do you believe .co.uk will give you that .com doesn't? Why is it important?

I looked it up to see if there was a difference and found the attached

It shouldn't be necessary, unless the OP has a VPN or has totally disabled location services, it gives local results.

There may be a way to change it in flags... But I've never looked into it. It doesn't bother me that the URL shows .com as long as the results are correct.

We need to know if it's actually affecting the OP's search results.
