How can I make sure I get my emails right away?

ails. I was wondering why my emails dont show up when they first arrive. What i am saying is that my emails are arriving late. I need my emails to come as soon they are sent becuase i use my email alot but my samung s5 doesnt show my email automatically. I literally have to go to my email and pull down, refresh the page for the emails to show. Can someone please help me.

Hi! Try check your sync settings: Gmail -> Settings (left side menu, in the bottom) -> select your account (email address) -> enable 'Sync Gmail' under Data usage section.

I have all my email sync set to "Automatic Push" and they come in almost instantly. This includes
Comcast and gmail.

Use Gmail app...I always get notifications immediately make sure as others said that in the account settings that Gmail sync and background data are enabled
