Hello I recently purchased a Samsung S4 and a Nexus 5 from FreedomPop. Their service is absolutely horrible as every day there is some issue and I have to manually update the messaging app. To top that off I've had these phones which I paid for outright almost $200 plus an additional $80 in data and international calling. I try to return these phones and get my money back as I have yet to been able to make one single phone call outside of the home on Wi-Fi period I want to remove this bloatware and jump on a prepaid sim from Sprint. Please help thank you.
