How can I solve the black screen Netflix issue with screenbeam mini?

Similar to other issues I have researched, I have a Galaxy S8 playing netfilx cast to a screenbeam mini 2 on an old Vizio TV. I can watch Youtube videos fine, but when I play Netfilx, I can still see the video title and I have audio, but no video. I think this is obviously a DRM issue.

Here's the weird thing: When I keep everything the same, but I change to a different TV (still a Vizio, but a newer one), Netfilx works perfect.

It seems that something about the old Vizio TV is causing Netflix to think there is a color issue. I have changed every setting and event went back to factory with that TV but nothing works. Any ideas? thanks!
