How can I start my phone after flashing it without asking for select wifi

I have flashed my phone but by starting it is asking for select WiFi yet I don't have WiFi?????

It depends on the phone, but with most of them you can just skip, or there's a next or continue button. At the very worst, go to a place that has public wifi and use theirs to set it up. (If you're in the US, you almost can't escape wifi - MacDonalds, Walmart, your public library, almost everything has wifi.)
